Booking & Payments

How far in advance should I book my transfer or tour?

We highly recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak season. For same-day requests, please contact us directly via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible payment options. You can pay online securely using your credit or debit card through our website, or you can choose to pay your driver directly in cash (USD or DOP) upon arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. Cancellations or modifications made more than 12 hours prior to your scheduled service are eligible for an 80% refund. If you need to change your pickup time, please let us know as soon as possible.

Airport Transfers

What happens if my flight is delayed?

There is no need to worry! We monitor all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly and wait for you at the airport at no extra charge.

How will I find my driver at the airport?

Once you exit the customs and luggage claim area, look for our representative holding a personalized sign with your name on it. We will also send you the driver's details via WhatsApp before your arrival.

Cruise Shore Excursions

Do you guarantee we will be back to the ship on time?

Absolutely. We offer a strict 100% Back-to-Ship Guarantee. We are very familiar with the schedules of both Amber Cove and Taino Bay ports, and we plan our tours to ensure you return with plenty of time to spare.

Are the shore excursions private?

Yes, all our shore excursions are completely private. This means you won't be sharing the vehicle with strangers, and you have the flexibility to customize your itinerary and spend as much time as you want at each stop.

Vehicles & Special Requests

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes, safety is our priority. We can provide baby seats or booster seats upon request. Please make sure to specify your needs in the notes section when making your booking.

Can you accommodate large groups or special luggage?

Definitely. We have a diverse fleet that includes minivans and larger vehicles. If you are traveling with a large group or carrying special equipment like golf clubs, surfboards, or wheelchairs, please inform us in advance so we can assign the proper vehicle.
