We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. For same-day bookings, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
There is no need to worry. We monitor all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly and wait for you at no extra charge.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes. Cancellations or changes made more than 12 hours in advance receive an 80% refund. For time or vehicle modifications, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you provide baby seats or accommodate special luggage?
Absolutely. When booking, please inform us if you're bringing bicycles, golf clubs, diving equipment, or if you need a child seat so we can assign the appropriate vehicle without surprises.
How can I pay for my service?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For tours, you can also prepay via a secure link on our website.
